The Relaxed Painter Jean is inspired by a vintage find, and the design keeps many of the same utility details, including a hammer loop, tool pocket and reinforced back pockets. It’s made from our lightest denim yet: a featherweight 7.5oz cotton from Japan. The fabric is sanded at the knees and pockets and washed down for a worn-in, vintage-inspired look that complements its lightness and softness. The full, stovepipe leg looks best styled with a big, turned-up cuff — just throw on your favorite tee or a cropped shirt to complete the look.
